If you are arriving in Cancun and traveling straight to the Aventura Spa Palace Resort, you will be collected
at the airport by a car company. Your driver will be waiting for you at Arrivals with an Au Pair in America sign.
The car company has details of your arrival times and flight numbers to keep track of your flight should there be any delays.
If you are arriving early but not staying at the Aventura Spa Palace you are responsible for making your
own way to the Resort. More information on how to get there is in the 'Resort Information' page of this site, which
includes a link to the Resort website.
The return transfer will be as a group bus pick up. Please note that this is direct to Cancun airport
and will not be making stops to any other parts of Cancun. Your departure pick up times will be included in your
Registration Packs.
