Keep the children busy over the Holiday period by making some cookies and decorations with
them. These are really quick and easy to put together. Remember to keep young ones safe when the oven
is on and when using any utensils that may be dangerous. Why not make some for your next cluster meeting, or have the
children share some with their school friends?

Holly Christmas Cookies
Ingrediants
- 1 (16 ounce) packet of large marshmallows
- Half a cup of butter, softened
- 1 and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 and a half teaspoons of green food coloring
- 4 and a half cups of cornflakes cereal
- 1 packet of cinammon candy.
Directions
- In a saucepan over a low heat, melt together the marshmallows, butter, vanilla and food coloring. Mix in the cornflakes
cereal.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mix into a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Mould the mix into cookie shapes and decorate
with the cinammon candy
- Put to the side and leave to cool.
